The project involved delivering over 300 houses on two sites with 40% affordable thresholds, social and community facilities, a refurbished Town Hall with museum, a new street frontage building and the development of a new food retail quarter with potential for residential units or a budget hotel. The successful bid was progressed with significant input from a diverse range of external consultants. |
